Madeleine is a degree qualified naturopath, completing her studies in Sydney, Australia. She resides in Blenheim, New Zealand and is a professional member of the Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists of New Zealand (NMHNZ).
Madeleine has a particular interest in supporting female reproductive health and associated conditions including polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, premenstrual syndrome and irregular menstrual cycles. Since becoming a mum, Madeleine also has a great interest in preconception care, pregnancy and the postpartum period. Madeleine uses herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support each individual in achieving their health goals.
Madeleine is currently on maternity leave until 2027.
What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health and wellness. It looks at the individual as a whole in order to get to the root cause of symptoms. Naturopathy harnesses traditional and complementary medicine to support a range of health concerns including sleep disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, hormonal conditions, mental health disorders, cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, and stress. Naturopath’s utilise herbal, nutritional, diet and lifestyle strategies in order to restore the body into alignment.
